Minimum Requirements

Job summary

Summary of essential job functions

  • Ability to perform, but not limited to the following tasks: Provide Excellent customer service.  This may include communication through email, chat, phone calls or in-person conversations.
  • Responsible for obtaining and retaining a high level of Adventures in Homebrewing product knowledge and specifications and uses.

  • Ability to listen to a customer, giving them your full attention.  Able to show empathy when necessary.
  • Must be able to resolve conflict, whether it is a customer or a fellow employee.
