Call Center Representative

Minimum Requirements

• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team setting and with others.

Job summary

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information..
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of office supply materials on hand at all times.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Summary of essential job functions

• Ability to perform, but not limited to the following tasks : Provide Excellent customer service.  This may include communication through email, chat, phone calls or in-person conversations.
• Responsible for obtaining and retaining a high level of Adventures in Homebrewing product knowledge and specifications and uses.
• Work attitude must be quality focused.
• Ability to listen to a customer and when necessary, utilize problem solving skills.
• Ability to listen to a customer, giving them your full attention.  Able to show empathy when necessary.
• Must be able to resolve conflict, whether it is with a customer or a fellow employee.
